I. What is a
Compilation?
A Compilation is limited to
presenting in the form of financial statements, information that is
the representation of management. The financial statements are
not reviewed or audited, and therefore our CPA firm does not express
an opinion or other form of assurance on them.
II. What is a
Review?
A Review is in accordance
with Staments on Standards for Accounting and Review Standards
issued by the AICPA. A Review consists principally of
inquiries and analytical procecdures applied to financial
data. Although no opinion on the financial statements are
expressed, our CPA firm will make aware any material modifications
that should be made to the financials to make them in conformity
with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
III. What is an
Audit?
An audit is substantially
more in scope than a review in accordance with generally accepted
auditing standards. The objective of an Audit is the
expression of an opinion on the financial statements as a whole, as
to whether they are presently fairly in accordance with these
standards.
